Abilities and skills to work with software:

Engineering software used in Middle East Petro Polad Company can be divided into several categories:

1- Design software such as Catia, Solidworks, Auto Cad.
2- Analytical software such as Ansys, Abaqus, MSC. Visual Nastran.
3- Computing software such as Matlab and Maple.

Petro Polad Middle East Company's engineering unit in order to localize the basic and detailed designs of the subsidiary units of the petrochemical and steel industries; Relying on the technical knowledge of internal experts and based on extensive previous experiences; It has active engineering units in the following departments.

  • Water supply unit and fluid networks (plumbing, piping and connections)
  • Power unit and instrumentation (electronic equipment, cabling, power transmission, power stations, power plant, automation and instrumentation)
  • Civil unit (structure, light and heavy metal skeleton, industrial foundations, earthmoving, rail laying, pipe rack and industrial buildings)
  • Mechanical unit (fixed equipment including storage and pressurized tanks and heat exchangers, rotating equipment, material transfer equipment and separators)

a) Catia

Usages in the company: 3D modeling, assembly of parts, preparation of construction plans, animation and simulation of movement, preparation of video of assembly of parts, mold design, sheet design, machinery design.

Usages in the company: mechanism design, 3D modeling, assembly of parts, preparation of construction drawings, simulation of movement, standard parts, kinematic analysis of movement.

 
 

c) Auto Cad

Usages in the company: two-dimensional and three-dimensional design of parts and machines, structure design, production line design, preparation of component and manufacturing drawings.

d) Abaqus

Usages in the company: mechanical analysis of parts, crack analysis, finding life of parts, identifying and optimizing critical parts of the part.

 
 

e) MSC. Visual Nastran

Usages in the company: kinematic and kinetic analysis of machinery, collision analysis, system vibration analysis, motion simulation

 
 

f) Ansys

Usages in the company: modal analysis of parts, vibration analysis of systems, time responses.

 
 

g) Matlab

Usages in the company: coding, ability to simulate mechanical systems, work with Simulink environment toolboxes and library tools, matrices and functions.
